1. Are your wigs made from real hair? 

Yes, we offer a variety of coloured lace frontal wigs made from high-quality 100% Vietnamese Human Hair, giving you a natural and authentic look.

2. How do I care for my wig?

Proper care is essential to prolong the lifespan of your wig. We provide care instructions with each product.

3.Can I dye or style the wig I purchase? 

Human hair wigs can typically be styled and coloured like natural hair. 

4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We strive to process and ship orders promptly. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout. For specific details, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page.

5. What is your return policy?

Refunds may only be accepted if the order was incorrect and or the hair is damaged upon receival. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If this is the case, photo proof must be sent within 3 days of receiving the hair. Items sent back must be in complete, untouched, unused & original condition. Once, returned and refund is deemed acceptable. You will be refunded via the same payment transaction.  

The postage and handling of your return is your responsibility. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method when returning an item. We cannot be held responsible should your item be lost or damaged in transit, and you will be ineligible for a refund.

Shipping costs are non-​refundable.

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on our website or the shipping carrier's website.

7. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping.

10. Do all the wigs come fully customised?

Yes, all the wigs sold here at Kbelle are fully customised. This means that they are pre-bleached and lightly plucked.

11. What are your cap sizes?

All our wig cap sizes at the moment are of medium size 22”-22.5" inches. This is the average size that usually fits most people.
